• Buildout with architectural elements such as curved walls, Rulon ceilings, Allsteel glass fronts and BAUX acoustic wood wool wall panels
• Each floor includes offices, conference rooms, phone rooms and kitchenettes 
• Other improvements included a commercial kitchen and server, an exterior elevated patio and a new irrigation system
