As a Project CFO, Stephon helps his developer clients underwrite, fundraise, and manage project finances from conception through stabilization. His role combines the functions of analyst, controller, and investor relations. Stephon’s process entails (a) financial modeling for feasibility, due diligence, and fundraising, (b) benchmarking real financials against budgets during construction, and (c) regular reforecasting to keep managers and financing partners up to speed on deal performance through project stabilization.
