A native of New England, Jim Cowee is an owner’s representative with 29 years of specialized experience in hospitality, office spaces, ski resorts, medical services and land development. Through his work partnering with development firms and running his own owner representative firm, J2C, Jim has guided successful projects for clients across the country. A graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Jim is a clear communicator and an excellent team player. He has called Colorado home for over 25 years and loves to spend time on bikes, snowboards and hockey skates.

Hobbies: Ice hockey, snowboarding, mountain biking, and surfing.
