Mike moved to Colorado back in 2022 from Boston to avoid driving 3 hours up to Vermont to ski. He now enjoys sitting in traffic on i70 most weekends in the winter.

Prior to joining BCG in 2025, Mike led the Colorado office as a Construction Manager for the luxury real estate developer Fifield Companies. Here he managed the $120 million Arden Apartments in Englewood, CO from the early phases of design development & city approvals to the end of the project. Mike also worked as a construction project manager at Suffolk Construction in Boston, being part of the $180 million Logan Airport Terminal C to B Connector, $1.6 billion Wynn Boston Harbor, and $130 million Amgen Next Generation Lab. Having worked for this general contractor and developer, Mike has experience in Aviation, Gaming, Healthcare, and Multifamily Construction.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University.
