Meeting your budget, schedule and quality goals
Our team acts as your eyes and ears throughout the construction process. There are so many moving parts throughout construction that it’s very difficult to keep up with the project and your day job. To fulfill that role on your behalf, we use our project control platform to track all aspects of your project and make sure that construction is executed on time and according to the highest quality standards.
As your construction managers, our job is to provide the knowledge and the control needed to keep your project moving ahead without any major hiccups. Our efforts reduce risk by making sure that each part of a project is completed on schedule and to the highest construction standards. We also work closely with construction partners to evaluate opportunities to accelerate timelines wherever possible. Our approach to project management helps your company to make informed decisions early that avoid change orders and delays later on.
BCG performs regular construction progress monitoring to make sure that everything is on schedule and on budget. By providing your team with regular status updates, we make sure you’re able to easily monitor how construction operations are progressing. For each facet of your project, we coordinate with all key stakeholders and encourage good communication and effective collaboration.
One thing we do that sets us apart is our Contractor Evaluations. As one of the most important individuals of the construction process, the general contractor should be subject to careful oversight. That’s why we perform an in-depth review of a contractor’s qualifications and capabilities for completing your project before we ever give them the green light. Our team has experience on the general contracting side, so we know what to look for and what to avoid. Once a project begins, we are in constant contact to make sure everything is carried out as planned.
